cleanliness & safety
Here are a few guidelines that will keep our product clean and nutritious:
- Always wash your hands, counters, equipment, cooking tools often. Wash hands in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wear clean clothing or an apron as needed.
- You may want to wear a head covering, hat or tie your hair up/back.
- Be careful with hot pans.
- There is no 5 second rule…if it falls on the floor, it must be discarded!
- When packaging bread, use tongs or wear gloves.
