Wash hands in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds. Wear clean clothing or an apron as needed. You may want to wear a head covering, hat or tie your hair up/back. Be careful with hot pans. There is no 5 second ruleā¦if it falls on the floor, it must be discarded! When packaging bread, use tongs or wear gloves.
